Aditya Pratap Law Offices Aditya Pratap Law Offices, a Mumbai-based law firm headed by Advocate Aditya Pratap, commenced its operations in Lucknow in January 2023. Internship applications are now invited from law students in Lucknow for an offline, in-office internship at the firm’s Vibhuti Khand Office, Gomti Nagar Lucknow.

The office is strategically located right next to the Hon’ble Lucknow High Court, offering a majestic and uninterrupted view of the High Court complex. It is also situated adjacent to the Indira Gandhi Pratishthan, making it one of the most accessible and well-connected office locations in the city

Work Profile / Tasks: For Interns:

    1. Legal drafting and research, and study of client case papers.
    2. Drafting of suits, writ petitions, criminal complaints, and applications.
    3. Writing articles on legal topics of contemporary relevance.
    4. Tracking latest Supreme Court & High Court judgments relevant to the firm’s practice areas.
    5. Legal research and analysis of case law.
    6. Working on legal articles, publications, and writing assignments.
    7. Drafting legal representations to public authorities and following up for necessary action.
    8. Participating in public hearings conducted by statutory authorities.
    9. Drafting and filing RTI Applications in various public authorities in Lucknow and visiting offices to collect information
    10. Writing legal representations to the Government of India on policy matters. For One-Month Interns.
    11. Research and study of client case papers.
    12. Writing articles on legal topics of contemporary relevance.
    13. Tracking latest judgments of the Supreme Court & High Courts.
    14. Legal research and case law analysis.
    15. Working on legal articles, publications, and writing assignments.
    16. Drafting legal representations to the Government of India on policy issues.
    17. Drafting work related to pro bono matters.

Eligibility :

  1. Law students enrolled in a 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme from any recognized Indian institution (any year).
  2. Strong command over written and spoken English is mandatory.
  3. Excellent grammar and drafting skills are essential.
  4. Candidates with prior experience or certified training in legal drafting will be given preference

Mode:Offline (work from office)

We do’t offer any remote Internship.

Location:

Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, U.P. (Within walking distance from Gate No. 7, High Court, Lucknow

Stipend:

  1. One Month Interns: Rs. 2,000 per month (Based on merit and performance of candidate).
  2. Two to Three Month: Rs. 3,000 per month (Based on merit and performance of candidate).

Timings:

09 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. (2nd and 4th Saturday will be given as an off)

Duration of Internship:

  1. Minimum: 1 month.
  2. Preference will be given to candidates applying for 3 months or more

Perks Interns who successfully complete the internship will receive:

  1. Internship Certificate
  2. Stipend Candidates 
  3. who discontinue the internship midway will not be entitled to a certificate or stipend.
