Early Cases :

The first case argued by Advocate Aditya Pratap in his career was of a lady senior citizen who was being pressured to vacate her flat by her family members. Having a legal enterprise he chose to invoke remedies available under criminal law by filing a complaint with the Khar Police Station. However, the police as usual failed to perform their duty. Aggrieved by such police inaction, Aditya Pratap filed an application under Section 156 (3) with the court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 4th Court at Bandra and successfully argued for registration of an F.I.R against the accused family members and the cops who acted in connivance with them to facilitate an illegal act.
