The duties of an Advocate Associate at Aditya Pratap Law Offices are exhaustive and include:

1. Drafting legal docouments such as petitions, suits, complaints and agreements with utmost care, precision and attention to detail.

2. Engaging in detailed discussions with clients regarding their cases and formulating workable legal strategies for them.

3. Understanding the case of a client in a detailed and comprehensive manner with complete mastery of the entire brief.

4. Appearing in court to conduct the cases of clients and pursue them to the best of one’s abilities. Every date of listing should be regarded as an opportunity to take the Client’s case forward and adjournments should be avoided unless absolutely necessary.

5. Arguing cases of our clients in court in a diligent, methodical and precise manner with display of utmost humility and respect of the Court and the Judge.

6. Doing thorough and exhaustive legal research in order to formulate detailed questions of law and look up and obtain all necessary case law and legal precedents to buttress and reinforce the cases of our clients.
